EUROPEAN SHIPMENT

D'URSO ships in EUROPE, only with prestigious courier DHL or DPD. Please note that couriers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, or personal mailboxes.

D'URSO can ship to alternative or 3rd party addresses, but in the same country of client. However, this always requires that you are a previous customer already.

We remind first–time Clients that D'URSO will request that address delivery of first order must match with Client credit card billing address.

Unfortunately, we only ship to one address per order, so we cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses.

D'URSO reserves the right not to ship packages to any address that it feel may be suspect.

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) - Inside European Community
Shipments in the European Economic Community calculate import duties, custom fees and local sales taxes within the price published on the web site.
There are no additional fees to pay upon delivery.
(Ue countries includes: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain (UK), Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.)

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) - Outside European Community
Orders shipped outside of the European Economic Community are exempt from Italian Valued Added Tax, but are subject to import duties, local taxes and customs fees.
Payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.

SHIPMENTS THAT DO NOT CLEAR CUSTOM’S SUCCESSFULLY IN THE CLIENT’S HOME COUNTRY DUE TO THE NON-COMPLIANCE OF IMPORT REGULATIONS RISK BEING RETURNED TO ITALY AT THE CLIENT’S EXPENSE. ALL RE-IMPORT FEES ASSESSED TO PACKAGES RETURNING TO ITALY AND THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY EVENTUAL REIMBURSEMENT.

Orders are shipped from D'URSO in Italy, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., local time. Orders placed from Friday evening until Monday morning will be processed on Monday morning. Orders for available merchandise, based on the confirmation of the availability of the merchandise and verification of the Bank Transaction, are shipped on the first weekday after order placement. Credit Cards are debited the date of shipment.

We remind first–time Clients that D'URSO will request our bank to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification will delay immediate shipping.

For any reason, if the box looks tampered or the official adhesive tape is NOT intact, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, be sure to open a claim immediately with the local Box Office and contact DURSO at info@dursoboutique.com

If for any reason, an order from D'URSO is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address as per the commercial agreement, the package risks being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

RETURN POLICY


D’URSO wants to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can send one or more items - without ever having used, within 5 days from the date of delivery - and get a refund equal to the price of the returned product, excluding shipping charges

All products available on this Site are provided with an identification tag attached with tamperproof seal, numbered. We recommend that you try the product without removing the card and without breaking its seal. Therefore it is necessary that the articles are made in the same condition as you received them, otherwise they will not be accepted.

Please take care in trying the item purchased, why not accept, for any reason, items that will present the seal broken or tamperproof labels are missing or damaged original pendants.

Below are listed all the instructions you need to follow and, if all information is correct, we will issue a return authorization code so that you can return the package and receive a refund as soon as possible.

Warning: Before you send the goods make sure you have the following requirements:

  • You have contacted the customer service e-mail info@dursoboutique.com, to send your return request.
  • The disposable card is perfectly intact and, therefore, was not removed from the item.
  • All labels, fabric or pending, are perfectly intact and, therefore, were not removed from the item.
  • Each item to return have to be in the same conditions in which you were originally shipped and must be packed in an orderly way.
  • Each item made is not worn and / or washed and / or stretched and / or treated in any way.

 

The parcel containing the return must be physically delivered to the courier within 5 days from the date of delivery. Shipping charges are your responsibility.
The parcel containing the return must be received in our warehouse within 7 days from the date of your shipment. So - to avoid, at your own risk and peril, is lost or earn a considerable delay
We suggest using an express courier and insure the shipment.

WARNING: the package containing the return travel at your own risk and, therefore, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, inadequate packaging, delay in delivery at our stores.


WARNING: Even if only one of these conditions is not fulfilled, D'Urso will not accept the returned goods and articles will be returned to you at your expense.


NOTE: For items purchased on sale you can not make restitution.
If the procedure was successful, you will receive an e-mail indicating that your return has been accepted and, therefore, we will refund you by crediting the credit card (if you paid by credit card ) or bank transfer (if you paid by bank transfer) or crediting Paypal (if you paid by Paypal) net of clearance charges (for EXTRA UE customers)

If, however, were not complied with the conditions above, you will be notified and give you the opportunity to make you the item, to your address, at your expense.
